Rules of Play

We have our 'Rules of Play' to ensure everybody remains safe and happy during their visit to the Hub. We want you and your children to have a magical time with us, which is why we do our best to minimise any potential safety hazards. Following our rules help us to keep everyone who visits safe. 

 

1. Children are the sole responsibility of their accompanying parent/carer at all times. If we have any concerns over your child's safety or that of other visitor, you may be asked to leave - no refunds will be given. 

2. No food or drink in our play areas - please use the Picnic Area. 

3. Please respect our shared facilities, as you would do at home.

4.You can come and play at any time within that slot but you will be asked to leave at the end of the allocated session. 

5. We expect kindness, tolerance, and respect for people and property. If anyone is asked to leave, it will be without a refund.

6. Leek Play Hub reserves the right to restrict access, if the maximum number of children is reached in an area or it has been exclusively hired.
