Party Packages

We have a range of packages on offer but we can also provide you with something entirely bespoke.

Payment 

All our party packages require a non-refundable 50% deposit to be paid when booking. We will require the remaining balance 48 hours before the party, ask for allergen information and the confirm final number.  

Theme 

When booking you are required to select a theme from: Dinosaur, Superheros, Pirates, Princesses, Fairies, Construction or Rainbows. With enough time we can usually accommodate something bespoke. If no theme is selected, we theme our party area around our Rainbow theme– which is usually a hit with all your guests! 

Invitations

We can provide PDF invitations for you. They will be emailed within a few days after the receipt of your non-refundable deposit on booking. 

Food and Drink 

All our party packages include a snack table, which are beautifully decorated according to your theme. Juice is available for all children. Some packages include a picnic table, which includes all of the aforementioned as well as sandwiches and sausage rolls. 

You do not need to bring any additional food but are welcome to. 

If anyone has a severe allergy which is passed on through touch, we will need to discuss this with you further, to see if we are able to accommodate this within our setting.

Cake

Feel free to bring along your own cake and candles. We have a lighter, knife and all parties have napkins provided, if you wish for it to be wrapped and taken home.

Table Decorations 

We take care of all of the table decorations. All you need to do is turn up! We will be busy getting ready for all of our guests before the session but if you do have additional decorations, please get in touch so we can arrange for you to arrive a little earlier.

Party Bags

You are welcome to bring your own party bags, if your package doesn't include them or we can add them on for you for £4.50 per child.

Cancellation 

Parties can be cancelled up to 72 hours before with no further charge. If within a 72 hour period, the total cost of the party is due.​​

Hot Drinks and Biscuits

We can provide unlimited hot drinks and biscuits for adult guests for an additional £1.00 a guest. ​​
